1.檢查機臺各部位是否正常；
2.根據(jù)派工單所需的加工要求，選擇合適的研磨棒；
3.把研磨棒裝在馬達軸上；
4.把工件放在無心軸承上，并用無心軸承固定桿將工件夾??；
5.用千分表檢查工件是否水平，如有斜度，用斜度調(diào)整螺釘將斜度調(diào)為0度；
6.打開無心軸承升降開關(guān)，用無心軸升降圓盤調(diào)節(jié)工件到適當(dāng)?shù)母叨龋㈡i緊無心軸承；
7.用工件擋桿調(diào)好工件伸出的長度；
8.用左右移動桿慢慢將研磨棒伸進工件內(nèi)，然后用左右行程擋塊固定好研磨棒向左邊移動的距離；
9.轉(zhuǎn)動研磨棒移動圓盤，將研磨棒慢慢靠近工件；
10.打開電源開關(guān)，打開研磨棒馬達開關(guān)，及打開無心軸承開關(guān)；
11.慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動研磨棒進給圓盤，當(dāng)研磨棒碰到工件后，將左右移動桿左右勻速移動，使研磨棒研磨工件；
12.每次進刀為0.01—0.02mm，進刀時不可多快，加工中應(yīng)多次測量；
13.加工完后，做好機臺的衛(wèi)生及保養(yǎng)。
